Production Controller

Summary

About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just off Interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with approximately 4000 employees.

Duties

• •Develop work breakdown structure to meet mission requirements.
• •Identify key activities involved in the program to determine which activity to monitor.
• •Review workflow messages for requests that indicate that a program is waiting acceptance.
• •Complete production orders at the program level.
• •Induct assets for production orders according to established guidelines.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal Service which includes: coordinating special project workloads; experience scheduling and expediting materials needed to support programs; performing root cause analysis of material shortages and loading files into a logistics automated system for production management.
