PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Description

Coach, coordinate and support the efforts of shift members to achieve our established mission and goals. To ensure shift personnel placement meets production requirements. To ensure the production schedule is followed correctly. Monitor adherence to quality, safety, housekeeping and timekeeping standards and take corrective action as needed. Insure the shift personnel have the proper tools and systems to perform their jobs. Documentation of personnel files. Assist members with development and growth. Serve as an information link to other shifts, leadership, corporate and customers.

Requirements

• •Direct, organize and coordinate efforts for production requirements
• •Member development and training
• •Monitor housekeeping and safety issues and react accordingly
• •Documentation (timesheets, production reporting, log books, personnel files)
• •Ensure adequate staffing and adjust according to schedule changes
• •Monitor SPC and react to quality issues
• •Plan, organize, communicate and attend meetings (team and staff meetings)
• •Responsible for the coordination of all activities for the assigned shift to ensure productivity and quality targets are met. May work day, evening and/or night shifts.
