Production Executive (Plastic Injection)

Key Responsibilities

• •Oversee daily plastic injection production operations and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
• •Ensure production targets are met in line with production plans, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• •Drive productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives across production processes.
• •Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, cycle times, machine utilization, downtime, and scrap rates, taking corrective actions where necessary.
• •Coordinate and optimize mold change operations and support continuous improvement projects.
• •Lead, coach, and develop blue-collar teams while ensuring effective workforce management.
• •Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Quality Management System requirements.
• •Actively contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• •Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection manufacturing, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.
• •Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, mold technologies, process optimization, and mass production operations.
• •Proven experience in OEE management, cycle time optimization, scrap reduction, and production efficiency improvement.
• •Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, 8D, and Ishikawa.
• •Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies including Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM is preferred.
• •Good command of English.
• •Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset.
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• •Hands-on approach with a passion for shop floor management and operational excellence.
