1+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, or metal manufacturing.

Proficient in MIG welding with the ability to consistently produce high-quality welds.

Experience reading blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.

Comfortable using common fabrication equipment and hand tools.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and repeatability.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers and technicians.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a manufacturing environment.
