· Realizar de manera consistente su operación de acuerdo a las instrucciones documentadas de su estación de trabajo

Responsabilidades :

· Seguir instrucciones de trabajo

· Realizar inspección de operación anterior y su misma operación

· Respetar el kanban del proceso

· No faltar

· Ser puntual

· Actitud de cooperación

· Mantener limpia su área de trabajo

· Respetar las medidas de seguridad y el reglamento interior de trabajo

Requerimientos básicos:

· Leer y escribir

· Pensamiento lógico (sentido común)

· Habilidades motrices normales

Requerimientos deseables:

· Habilidad para realizar cualquier tipo de operación (universal)

· Al menos con primaria terminada

Competencias requeridas:

· Madurez emocional para el puesto

· Habilidades motrices

· Pensamiento lógico

· Sentido de responsabilidad: asistencia y puntualidad, compromiso de su trabajo
