• Position Overview
• H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished products. This role helps ensure products meet quality, safety, and production standards. The position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• •Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging materials.
• •Operate production equipment following work instructions.
• •Monitor equipment and maintain target production rates.
• •Perform basic product testing and release checks.
• •Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy.
• •Package finished products according to quality standards.
• •Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• •Maintain housekeeping standards and support additional production tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• •High school diploma, general education diploma, or equivalent.
• •No prior experience required.
• •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• •Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
• •Availability to work rotating shifts.

Preferred Requirements

• •One year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• •Basic English communication skills.
• •Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier loads with assistance.
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout the workday.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $23.50 per hour.
