Job Description

Sr Production Supervisor

Manage a team of Production Workers, a Production Unit or a production process and take responsibility for the quality of the products prod uced, the production yield and the timeliness of the deliveries.

Your role:

• •Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and GMP compliance initiatives by maintaining a safe work environment, driving corrective actions, managing investigations, supporting audits, and ensuring employee training and procedural compliance.
• •Direct production planning and execution by scheduling manufacturing activities, prioritizing production orders, balancing staffing levels, managing WIP inventories, ensuring material availability, and preventing line-down situations.
• •Drive operational excellence through ownership of productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, Lean projects, Kaizen events, NPI introductions, and resource optimization strategies.
• •Develop and support manufacturing teams by coaching production supervisors, establishing performance metrics and monitoring tools, communicating expectations, delivering performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality, yield, and cleanroom standards.
• •Collaborate effectively across functions and with customers by coordinating manufacturing operations, communicating critical business updates, addressing customer needs, fostering stakeholder engagement, and implementing solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

You're the right fit if:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• •Minimum 4+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or supervisory roles, preferably within the Medical Device industry; catheter manufacturing experience is a plus.
• •Strong knowledge of production and inventory management, quality systems, and regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, NCR, and CAPA processes.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with solid problem-solving capabilities and continuous improvement experience, including Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification/training.
• •Intermediate bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and support operational excellence initiatives.

How we work together

• We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
• Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
• Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an onsite role. Administrative Shift, Monday to Friday.
