Salary range 004: $73,000 à$ 91,200 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

‘What you’ll be responsible for each day:’

Reporting to the Production and Maintenance Manager , the Production Supervisor manages production teams, oversees manufacturing processes, and ensures smooth operational performance.

• •Coordinate manufacturing activities through to shipping (milk receiving and processing, production, packaging, aging, and shipping) while ensuring delivery deadlines are met;
• •Ensure operational continuity, adherence to production plans, and product quality standards;
• •Coordinate workforce requirements;
• •Ensure proper management and efficient use of raw materials, ingredients, and cleaning products;
• •Ensure compliance with and follow-up on health and safety programs;
• •Maintain compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements;
• •Support and maintain environmental program initiatives;
• •Supervise and monitor sanitary maintenance of equipment;
• •Ensure the collective agreement is properly applied;
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
• •Lead, engage, develop, and train team members;
• •Empower employees and involve them in decision-making.

‘The individual who will own this role’

• •College diploma or university degree in a relevant field;
• •Minimum of 3 years of personnel supervision experience;
• •Experience working in a unionized environment;
• •Experience in the food manufacturing industry is considered an asset;
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• •Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an asset.
