Summary
About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst within the Operations and Maintenance Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW). Provides support as a Contract Officer Representative(COR) in contract/Task Order management, development and administration.
Duties
- Provide support as a Contract Officer Representative (COR) in contract/Task Order management, development, and administration.
- Work contract support requirements with customers and Directorate Senior Level Management for assigned Task Orders.
- Serve as a technical advisor to the Directorate of Public Works on contract requirements and performance ensuring the results of all contracts efforts support the Army Garrison - Natick goals and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive advisory service and/or policy interpretations on complex, or controversial contractual matters, to develop policy guidance as required, and advise on command-wide impact and implications of DA and/or DOD program decisions.
- Lead and/or conduct special projects or comprehensive reviews to evaluate and resolve operating issues and problems at subordinate levels and to assess program efficiency and effectiveness.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assist with coordinating the development of contract renewals, extensions, and/or new contracts to evaluate their effectiveness in achieving program goals and objectives; 2) Collecting data to support studies and/ or program analysis affecting that affect organizational performance and resource allocation; 3) Reviewing contracts to verify compliance with all applicable federal contracting regulations and guidelines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
