JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PHINIA is looking for a “Management Trainee” to work at its plant in Izmir for the Direct Purchasing Department.

What we are looking for

Graduating from the Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

Strong interest in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and Automotive Industry processes

Knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis and supplier management is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic project environment

Fluency in English

Strong communication and presentation skills

Passionate to learn and eager to take initiative

Team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

*The management trainee program is based on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
