Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA, with potential for hybrid work based on customer requirements. The Program Manager will lead a team supporting a federal customer’s international cybersecurity and infrastructure mission. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance and will oversee personnel, deliverables, priorities, and day-to-day execution.

The Program Manager will:

• •Serve as the primary point of contact for contract and program performance and coordinate directly with government leadership.
• •Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise to program and project staff.
• •Oversee the work of assigned personnel, establish priorities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of requirements and deliverables.
• •Analyze complex program and mission challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts.
• •Work with customer stakeholders to define needs, identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
• •Lead studies, assessments, and data collection efforts to support program decisions and continuous improvement.
• •Ensure effective coordination across program staff, customer stakeholders, interagency partners, and other organizations.
• •Maintain visibility into program risks, schedules, taskings, staffing, and deliverables and proactively address issues that may affect performance.
• •Provide clear written and verbal updates, briefings, recommendations, and reports to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree required.
• •8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• •Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• •Demonstrated experience managing personnel and complex federal programs or projects.
• •Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.
