Summary

About the Position: Serve as the Program Manager responsible for the overall management, control, development, coordination, utilization, and measurement of improved related to the use of business processes within the Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD).

Duties

• •Establish a repository of project management lessons learned.
• •Serve as subject matter expert on the interfacing of the program/project management AIS (automated information system) with the other AIS's.
• •Plan, organize, budget, coordinate, schedule, and review work of employees assigned.

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: leading the evaluation and improvement of complex program and business management processes, analyzing enterprise data within automated information systems to formulate strategic recommendations and reporting, and developing comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) or program guidance to optimize organizational performance. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
