Universal D X , Inc . is an international Company with a highly experienced team focused on cracking cancer’s code. Through our multi-omics and bioinformatics models, we have figured out how to read the disease’s signals in blood with high accuracy to detect cancer in its earliest stages. Starting with a colorectal cancer screening liquid biopsy test , we are building a multi-cancer platform that can identify the unique DNA regions associated with different types of cancers.

The Opportunity:

Universal DX is seeking a Program/Project Assistant to join our growing Program Management team. Reporting to the Director, Program Management, this role will work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Lab Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and other partners—to support the development and commercialization of IVD products. This is an opportunity to build hands-on program management experience while helping teams stay coordinated, maintain clear information, and execute complex work.

How you'll contribute:

Working closely with assigned program managers, support planning, communication, coordination, and follow-up for cross-functional programs supporting lab readiness and IVD development and commercialization.

Develop and maintain PMO resources, schedules, trackers, templates, dashboards, and other tools that enable effective program operations.

Collect, organize, and analyze program, project, milestone, and resource data; prepare accurate reports and dashboards to support decisions.

Support meetings and workshops by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, capturing decisions and actions, and following up on commitments.

Build and maintain content in Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft 365, and other PMO systems, ensuring information is current and easy to use.

Support portfolio and resource management processes, guidance documents, training, and onboarding of cross-functional team members.

Under program-manager supervision, coordinate minor projects, deliverables, or subteams and proactively flag gaps, risks, or follow-up needs.

Support and drive AI implementation within PMO to deliver more effective team and program operations.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, science, engineering, or a related field.

Zero to two years of project or program coordination experience; one or more years in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices is preferred.

Familiarity with regulated product development and medical device or IVD requirements, including 21 CFR Part 812 and ISO 13485; direct IVD experience is a plus.

Familiarity with project management concepts and methods; CAPM, PMP training, or progress toward a related credential is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, and capacity to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

Ability to collect and analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and synthesize information accurately.

Exposure to project management tools; experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Experience using and leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in a program/project management setting is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, facilitation, and follow-through skills.

Ability to support global and remote teams across time zones, with adaptability and a proactive approach to learning.
