Program Support Executive

We are looking for a Program Support Executive in SINGAPORE to provide administrative and operational support to our strategic sourcing program.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating communications with designated supplier groups

Following up on purchase orders and order status

Tracking and coordinating inspection reports with suppliers

Assisting in the creation and processing of Purchase Orders

Monitoring and following up on payment status

Supporting the quotation review process and providing feedback where appropriate

Assisting with supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and related activities

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's Degree

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing support, supply chain, or a related administrative function

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions effectively
