Program Support Team Executive

Job Purpose:

To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs

Responsibilities:

Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI

Manage escalations to resolution

Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central tea

New Applications – Once passed by Sales team, process through to onboarding

License renewal management

Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements

Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times

Escalation of issues to Management and others, and management of issue to resolution

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Highly numerate

Time management and prioritizing skills

Good communication skills

Very good level of English

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Interpersonal Skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Programme and Competition would be an advantage
