Project Controller

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Controller based in the United States.

• This fully remote role supports high-visibility federal projects across healthcare, government, and defense environments.
• You will help lead project delivery, performance oversight, compliance activities, and client communication for complex government programs.
• The position combines project controls, risk management, quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across distributed teams.
• You will work closely with Contracting Officer’s Representatives, Contracting Officers, and senior agency leadership to keep projects aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
• You will also contribute to audits, deliverable reviews, invoice reconciliation, team development, and continuous process improvement.
