Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities Project Coordinator:

Work directly with the Project Management team to assist in managing projects. As a project coordinator you would be involved in the project from concept design through commissioning and final buyoff at customer site.

Below are tasks you would be involved in as a project coordinator:

• •Initial project set up: Budget set up, timelines and open issues
• •Meeting preparation: Schedule meetings and update open issues
• •Attend weekly mechanical design review meetings
• •Release engineering designs
• •Maintain project timelines
• •Participate in financial reviews
• •Participate in internal and external buyoffs

Requirements

Education/Skills/Experience Required Project Coordinator:

• •Working experience in one of the following:
• •Hands on mechanical machine assembly
• •Mechanical Design
• •Engineering
• •Education in a field related to manufacturing or mechanical design

• •Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
• •Able to communicate clearly both written and verbal
• •Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively support and work well with people from different disciplines
