Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinator based in India.

• This is a remote opportunity supporting Customer Success and Professional Services teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
• The role serves as an operational backbone, helping keep project, ticket, documentation, and service workflows organized and on schedule.
• You will work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to coordinate estimates, meetings, client communications, and project information.
• The position also provides exposure to services operations, reporting, timesheet management, CRM data quality, and process improvement.
• It is well suited to an early-career professional who is highly organized, curious, and eager to understand how software projects are delivered.
