We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:

• •Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
• •Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
• •Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
• •Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management
• •Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
• •Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
• •Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
• •Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
• •Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
• •Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• •Looking for candidates with end to end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector d
• •Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS)
• •Knowledge of subsea system integration
• •Understanding of offshore HSE standards
• •Strong commercial and financial acumen
• •Experience with subsea control system suppliers
• •Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures
• •PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• •Experience in global organizations
