Project Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Director based in United States.

• This role leads the full development lifecycle of Class A living communities, from early feasibility and design through construction and final turnover.
• You will oversee complex projects across multiple regions, managing budgets, schedules, quality, permitting, and delivery outcomes.
• As a central point of contact, you will coordinate executives, operations teams, architects, engineers, consultants, designers, contractors, and local jurisdictions.
• The position combines strategic project leadership with hands-on involvement in design coordination, construction management, contract negotiations, and risk management.
• You will also identify innovative approaches that improve construction efficiency, reduce costs, and support more sustainable development.
• Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, communication, delegation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Baltimore, Maryland, the position includes approximately 25% travel to communities locally and across the United States, including occasional overnight stays.
