Your Role

As Project Manager, you are accountable for the successful delivery of digital experience engagements by ensuring client satisfaction, but also through people management for the members in the team, operational excellence, and financial performance. The PM acts as the primary point of contact for the client and internal teams, orchestrating delivery across UX, content, technology, and change management streams.

You will join a community of project/engagement managers that encourage sharing of knowledge and expertise, which will allow you to build an internal network and support your own growth.

• •Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects , ensuring scope, quality, budget, timelines, and governance standards are consistently achieved.
• •Build trusted client relationships, establish effective governance structures, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
• •Drive project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, profitability tracking, and KPI reporting .
• •Manage and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and career development.
• •Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and third-party suppliers while ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• •Support business growth through pre-sales activities, account development, strategic planning, and identification of add-on sales opportunities.

Your Profile

• •Experience delivering digital experience projects, including CMS, DAM , marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms.
• •Strong digital technology expertise, with knowledge of platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and SAP CX considered an advantage.
• •Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and lead cross-functional teams with diverse specializations.
• •Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of balancing detailed execution management with broader business objectives.
• •Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery models, leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• •Solid understanding of UX, SEO, analytics, and content supply chains, with fluency in Dutch or French and professional proficiency in English.
