Project Manager

Project Management

• •Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budget requirements
• •Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• •Work closely with R&D division to identify technological gaps and develop projects/ initiatives for new products and technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• •Manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.
• •Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• •Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
• •Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned for future improvement.

Technical and Systems management

• •Apply system-level thinking to understand interactions among mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operational functions.
• •Support engineering decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Facilitate technical reviews, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• •Ensure project requirements are translated into executable engineering and manufacturing plans.
• •Identify and resolve integration issues affecting system performance, cost, quality, and schedule.

Manufacturing and Operations

• •Collaborate with manufacturing, production, supply chain, and quality teams to support product realization.
• •Understand manufacturing processes, production constraints, tooling requirements.
• •Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

Risk management

• •Conduct risk assessments and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks.
• •Support in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• •Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across projects.
