About The Role
The Client Services Project Manager provides a significant contribution to MedSurvey’s growth and success. The role is instrumental in achieving company goals by providing proactive client service and managing the successful delivery of global healthcare market research projects. You will use your experience to provide consultative support throughout the course of the project lifecycle, manage key project metrics including timelines and budget, and think critically to develop solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This position involves working closely with account managers to deepen client relationships, understand client needs, and strengthen client trust.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…
Providing daily, thoughtful updates to clients on your projects which highlight our knowledge and expertise in the industry;
Owning the success of your projects as they field and onboarding vendors as needed to meet agreed upon deadlines and sample sizes/quotas;
Developing and executing sample strategies that deliver on time for our clients while tracking profitability metrics internally to ensure all around project success;
Work closely with the account management team and programming team to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects, proactively address challenges, and be empowered to make the best decisions for clients and the business.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare market research
2+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work
Understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations
Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills
Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail
Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization
Early-adopter mindset: helping to develop new tools, experimenting with AI capabilities, and finding better ways to work
Financial acumen: comfortable reading project financials, monitoring spend against budget, and making cost-conscious decisions
Ability to manage challenges and address them head-on
Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
