The Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) infrastructure for the company, with a focus on cross functional projects and operational improvement.

This role is different because the Project Manager at WelbeHealth:

Leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that directly improve operational workflows and care delivery within a mission-driven PACE organization

Plays a key role in building and strengthening PMO infrastructure, and driving consistency, visibility, and accountability across projects that span clinical, operational, and corporate teams

On the day-to-day, you will:

Drive projects to successful implementation across the organization, including extensive cross-functional collaboration

Track and report project statuses, escalating issues when appropriate

Organize project resources, manage any overallocated resources, and motivate the team to complete key deliverables

Develop a relationship with key stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business needs

Analyze and control project risk, mitigating appropriately

Build and deliver standard project reports to project team, key stakeholders, and WelbeHealth leadership

Present project statuses to senior executives

Job requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred

PMP or Six-Sigma certification preferred

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a project management role

Passion for both the creation and improvement of processes

Experience in a regulated healthcare environment

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

$109,240.54 — $144,197.50 USD
