Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end project delivery within the Wealth & Investment services domain.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and quality standards.

Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.

Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.

Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to wealth/investment domain.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Project Management experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in the Wealth & Investment domain.

Strong understanding of wealth / investment products

Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.

Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Competencies

Professional certifications such as PM P, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master are an added advantage.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Strategic thinking with execution focus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
