Role: Project Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid)
Employment: 6-month FTC
About the role:
As Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of a varied portfolio of creative projects — from streamlined adaptations to small and medium-scale stills and motion productions. Reporting to the Head of Studio and Client Lead, you'll work with autonomy across client management, project planning, and production coordination, while remaining a collaborative and dependable member of the wider team. Your ability to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and keep stakeholders aligned will be central to how this role adds value.
What you will be doing:
Lead integrated creative projects from kick-off through to delivery across print, digital, social, and POS — ensuring every project lands on time, to brief, and within scope
Plan and manage projects independently, building timelines, defining milestones, and coordinating resources from the earliest stages through to final handover
Serve as a key client contact throughout live projects, supporting the Head of Studio in maintaining clear, trusted relationships with client
Communicate project status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders — flagging scope creep, cost implications, and deadline impacts promptly and clearly
Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and development collaborators to ensure smooth, well-sequenced project execution
Evaluate project resource needs and align capacity to requirements, escalating gaps or conflicts early
Book incoming work and maintain accurate records using the studio's resourcing and project tracking tools
Host effective project meetings across all stages — kick-off, discovery, review, and closure — keeping conversations focused and decisions documented
Support the growth of client relationships and contribute to the studio's business development pipeline
Manage project-level budgets including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation
Source and coordinate with freelancers and external production partners as required
Keep stakeholders informed of financial performance throughout, flagging budget risks and scope changes promptly
What you need to be great in this role:
Solid experience managing creative projects across print, digital, social, and POS channels
Experience on stills and/or motion production shoots is an advantage
Strong client-facing skills — able to build trust, adapt your communication style to different audiences, and influence decisions with clarity
Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and staying organised under pressure
Comfortable hosting and facilitating project meetings at every stage, from discovery through to delivery
Familiarity with resourcing and project management tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant creative production software
Experience working with consumer products or within an agency or client-embedded environment
Experience managing project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier coordination, and reconciliation
Comfortable raising purchase orders, tracking spend, and managing invoicing
Able to identify and communicate budget risks, scope changes, and cost implications to stakeholders clearly and promptly
