Lead projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and milestones. Manage project budgets, resources and forecasts to ensure effective financial control. Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies. Establish effective project governance, reporting and controls. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership of project activities and deliverables. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks and issues. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums as required. Monitor project progress against agreed milestones, scope, budget and quality requirements. Manage changes to project scope through an appropriate change-control process. Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and effectively. Work with suppliers and third-party partners where required, managing deliverables and performance. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and ways of working. Ensure appropriate testing, implementation and transition activities are completed. Lead project closure activities, including lessons learned and handover to operational teams. Ensure projects comply with relevant organisational policies, standards and governance requirements. Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects within a complex organisation or client environment. Strong experience across the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation and closure. Demonstrable experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies. Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders. Experience leading multidisciplinary and/or geographically distributed teams. Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity, competing priorities and changing requirements. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of project governance and delivery controls. Excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
