Project Manager / Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager / Implementation Specialist based in Canada.

• This role leads the successful deployment of GPS and telematics solutions for fleet customers across North America.
• You will manage implementation projects end to end, from initial kickoff and requirements gathering through configuration, deployment, training, and go-live.
• As the primary customer contact, you will build trusted relationships while coordinating technical teams, installation partners, and internal stakeholders.
• The position combines project management, customer engagement, technical troubleshooting, and solution enablement.
• You will help customers translate operational needs into effective technology solutions while identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.
• The role offers exposure to pilots, large-scale deployments, and post-implementation optimization in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
