Project Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

About the Role

NCR Voyix is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute project management activities for customers across the Retail and Restaurant industries. This role will support both English and Spanish-speaking clients, driving successful deployments, innovation initiatives, and customer-focused project delivery. Full-time, office-based role located in Belgrade, Serbia.

The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading complex implementations in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end project delivery for Retail and Restaurant customers.
• •Coordinate deployment, implementation, and innovation initiatives across multiple projects.
• •Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
• •Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Operations.
• •Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution plans.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.
• •Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• •5-10 years of experience in Project Management or a similar customer-facing delivery role.
• •Spanish language proficiency is mandatory due to customer engagement requirements.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• •Proven experience managing complex implementation, deployment, or transformation projects.
• •Experience working with Retail and/or Restaurant industry customers.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• •Microsoft Excel
• •Microsoft PowerPoint
• •Microsoft Word

• •Hands-on experience with project management and enterprise systems, including:
• •ServiceNow (SNOW)
• •EPM (Enterprise Project Management tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working in multinational and customer-centric organizations.
• •Background in technology deployments, software implementations, or business transformation initiatives.
• •PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are considered a plus.
