What You’ll Do

• •Take the lead on planning and designing water, wastewater, treatment, distribution, and collection system projects
• •Drive project success by managing scope, schedule, and budgets
• •Prepare and oversee development of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
• •Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and technical staff
• •Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
• •Partner with CAD teams to bring designs to life
• •Interface with regulatory agencies and navigate permitting requirements
• •Support business development efforts, including proposals and client pursuits
• •Build lasting relationships with municipal and private sector clients

What You Bring

• •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
• •6+ years of experience in water/wastewater design and project leadership
• •Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio
• •Experience working with municipal and/or private clients
• •Knowledge of funding programs and project financing (state/federal)
• •Strong understanding of permitting and regulatory requirements
• •Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work
• •Deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $110,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
