• This role is focused on strengthening product visibility and driving sales performance directly at the point of sale.
• You’ll visit retail stores across the agreed route, ensuring products are correctly stocked, priced, displayed, and promoted.
• The position combines hands-on merchandising with close attention to customer needs, store execution, and commercial opportunities.
• You’ll work with planograms, promotional materials, extra displays, inventory, and shelf organization to maximize product presence.
• Success in the role requires energy, organization, creativity, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You’ll also contribute to field KPIs and annual objectives while building strong relationships with store teams and customers.
• This is a 100% on-site position with potential routes across stores in the Sinop region.
