Property Claims Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Claims Manager based in United States.

• Lead the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of first-party property claims across a growing commercial insurance portfolio.
• You will guide the handling of accelerated, large, complex, and high-exposure losses while ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient resolution strategies.
• The role combines technical claims expertise with leadership of TPAs, adjusters, legal partners, and other external vendors.
• You will monitor performance, strengthen quality standards, and use claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Working closely with Underwriting, Product, Legal, and senior leadership, you will provide insights that influence risk selection, policy language, and claims strategy.
• You will also help shape catastrophe response, subrogation, risk transfer, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
