Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Toowoomba. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for professional property management and maximising returns for our property owners whilst providing quality accommodation for our tenants.

This role manages a residential portfolio, with scope to support commercial properties depending on experience and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• •Manage a residential property portfolio, including inspections, leasing, maintenance coordination and arrears management.
• •Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service.
• •Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance to ensure properties are presented and maintained to a high standard.
• •Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding, including applications, screening, lease documentation and tenancy administration.
• •Prepare landlord reports and maintain accurate property, lease and financial records.
• •Market vacant properties and conduct viewings to minimise vacancy periods.
• •Ensure compliance with Residential Tenancy legislation and industry best practice.

What we're looking for

• •Demonstrated property management experience across residential or commercial portfolios.
• •Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
• •Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• •Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• •High attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• •Relevant property management qualifications (highly regarded)
