Protective Services Manager

• This individual contributor role is responsible for protecting senior leaders, employees, assets, and business operations through proactive, risk-based security strategies.
• You will coordinate executive protection, travel security, event security, and other protective services across dynamic environments.
• The position combines hands-on security operations with risk assessment, planning, crisis response, and cross-functional coordination.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external security partners, law enforcement, and emergency services to maintain a strong security posture.
• The role requires sound judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to respond quickly when security situations evolve.
• You will also contribute to security technology, training, audits, after-action reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
