Provider Relations Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Provider Relations Account Manager based in the United States.

• This is a mission-critical provider relations role supporting a federal healthcare program serving 9/11 responders and survivors.
• You will act as the primary operational liaison between the program’s third-party administrator and its Clinical Centers of Excellence (CCEs).
• The role combines executive-level relationship management, provider network operations, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert on CCE workflows, operational requirements, and provider needs across all eight centers.
• Working closely with Benefits Administration, Member Services, Claims, Provider Network Management, and Operations, you will help ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of complex issues.
• You will also lead business reviews, support data and reporting initiatives, manage escalations, and contribute to improvements that enhance the experience of program members.
