Beyond Expectation – Psychological Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Psychological Testing Assistant to support independently licensed clinical psychologists with psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities:

Administer and score standardized measures under psychologist supervision

Support testing involving cognitive, intellectual, academic, memory, attention, personality, autism, and social-emotional functioning

Prepare accurate testing materials, score forms, data summaries, and report drafts for psychologist review

Maintain organized records and protect confidential information

Coordinate effectively with psychologists, families, and the clinical team

Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Demonstrated competency administering and scoring standardized instruments

Familiarity with measures such as WISC, WAIS, WRAT, WIAT, ADOS, SDMT, WMS, and Trails A and B

Strong written communication, organization, accuracy, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time opportunities

Flexible 4-, 6-, or 8-hour shifts

Daytime, after-school, and Saturday availability
