We are seeking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Part-Time Manufacturing Associates . This role blends hands-on cutting, winding, sewing and packaging responsibilities. Our success is rooted in getting our customers what they want, when they need it, while upholding our values and Brand Promise .

Available Schedules:

PT: Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm-9:00 pm

Compensation:

Starting at $17.00/hour

Primary Areas of Focus:

Tie Down Manufacturing

Read and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy.

Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.

Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality.

Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods.

Tie Down Packing

Properly document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt.

Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting.

Utilize NetSuite and ShipHawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory.

Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines.

Sit or stand for the majority of the shift.

Frequently bend, reach, twist, kneel, and squat.

Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.

Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment.

Equipment:

Ability to learn and operate industrial sewing machines, cutters, and winders.
