Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure continuity of production. This role manages inventory, maintains accurate SAP data, and works with suppliers to support cost, quality, and delivery objectives. You will collaborate across Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen material availability and operational performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• •Procure materials based on production plans and forecasts.
• •Monitor inventory and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.
• •Ensure timely material availability to support production requirements.
• •Maintain accurate material and supplier data in SAP.
• •Analyze demand, inventory, and procurement performance.
• •Support supplier negotiations and maintain accurate pricing information.
• •Coordinate supplier claims, complaints, and corrective actions.
• •Partner with cross-functional teams to improve procurement and supply processes.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• •At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or material planning.
• •Professional proficiency in English , written and spoken.
• •Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• •Ability to manage multiple purchasing priorities and meet time-sensitive production requirements.
• •Experience purchasing raw materials, packaging, or finished goods in a manufacturing environment.
• •Experience with inventory management, safety stock, and demand analysis.
• •Experience supporting supplier negotiations and performance management.
