Purchasing and Procurement Technician

Hexcel is currently seeking a Purchasing and Procurement Technician for our Parla location (Spain).

The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:

• •Sending orders to suppliers.
• •Control of deliveries and resolution of incidents.
• •Request for additional necessary documentation: certificates, etc
• •Return requests and management of LOAs (Letters of Authorization) for the use of materials.
• •Management of order and material information in the ERP.

Qualifications:

• •University Degree
• •Knowledge, training or experience in purchasing and composite production planning.
• •Knowledge or training in IT tools: Office, Programming, Databases, etc.
• •Knowledge or training in some ERP, preferably AX and/or Apriso. BI user.
• •Effective communication skills, being able to work both independently and as a team member, being fluent in English.
