 Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Purchasing Direct Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus .

This role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment, and direct/coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Placing purchase orders.
• •Expediting materials.
• •Managing PO pushouts and cancellations.
• •Monitoring and reviewing purchasing KPIs.
• •Managing inventory.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering).
• •Mid-level experience in direct procurement. I
• •Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
• •Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• •ERP experience (BAAN preferred).
• •Strong organizational skills.
• •Diligent follow-up.
• •Sense of responsibility.
• •Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
