What You'll Be Doing:

• ✅ Process and monitor purchase orders from start to finish
• ✅ Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order updates
• ✅ Communicate with vendors regarding order status, invoices, and payments
• ✅ Troubleshoot and resolve purchasing issues quickly and professionally
• ✅ Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries
• ✅ Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to provide timely updates
• ✅ Maintain accurate purchasing records and tracking information
• ✅ Build and strengthen vendor relationships that support business success

What We're Looking For:

• ✔ 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience
• ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• ✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• ✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
• ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• ✔ Healthcare purchasing experience is a plus
