We're hiring a hands-on quality leader to manage a team and drive our transition to agentic quality engineering, starting now. This role has two equal halves. You'll lead a team of 6-10 Automation Quality Engineers, owning hiring, performance, and career growth. You'll also stay hands-on yourself: someone who came up through AQE or principal engineering, thinks in systems, and has genuinely built with agentic AI, not just adopted AI coding tools.
