QC Inspector (Footwear/Leather/Clothing Industry)

Location: Gurugram, India

Salary : Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience : 1-3 years as a QC Inspector in the footwear, leather goods, apparel, or clothing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify defects and non-conformities in products and work closely with production teams to address issues.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Assist in the development of quality control procedures and standards.

Perform routine audits of production processes and report findings to management.

Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology).

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the footwear, leather goods, apparel, or clothing industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
