Duties and Responsibilities

The Quality Control Specialist shares responsibility for loading and unloading shipments and containers, handling inventory, and supporting warehouse projects.

• •Work a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and maintain dependable and punctual attendance.
• •Unload inbound containers and palletize inventory.
• •Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport and store items throughout the warehouse.
• •Load outbound shipments and verify shipment accuracy before loading.
• •Assist with labeling incoming shipments.
• •Manage inventory that is in unsellable condition.
• •Support special projects, including product rework, relabeling, and other warehouse initiatives.
• •Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• •Forklift experience is required.
• •Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• •Basic proficiency with computers and warehouse-related systems.
• •Three or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
• •High school diploma or GED required.
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize projects, and work effectively as part of a team.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Hiring Range: 17.25 - 32.00 USD per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, market conditions, and applicable skills.
