Job Description:

🕒 Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week FTC until end March 2027

📍 HMS Sultan, Portsmouth

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing

• •Conduct post-course discussions with trainees to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training delivery.
• •Observe lessons and assess instructors to ensure training is delivered in line with JSP 822 DSAT standards and agreed criteria.
• •Provide quality assurance and internal validation activities across training courses and modules.
• •Maintain accurate assessment records, data, and reporting systems to support training quality monitoring.
• •Contribute to quality improvement plans by identifying trends, sharing insights, and recommending improvements.
• •Support quality control activities while ensuring health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed at all times.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• •Knowledge of the education sector
• •Confidence to hold a conversation with a large number of people

Previous experience of working in QA
