• Position Overview
• This position is responsible for processing, detailing, and inspecting garments within the Apparel Embroidery Department. Critical elements of the position include teamwork, clear communication, self-initiative, sound judgment, achieving and maintaining production efficiency, and, most importantly, an unwavering dedication to the quality of the product produced.

Key Responsibilities

• •Review the order form to make sure the garment is correct and all steps have been completed.
• •Clean garments by trimming threads, pulling paper, and removing any hoop marks and/or stains.
• •Add barcodes and proper licensing when necessary.
• •Check for special instructions, such as orders that require individual folding, poly-bagging, placing garments on hangers, or removing existing hang tags.
• •Check final counts on all paperwork.
• •Sustain effective and positive working relationships that support both the Company's Core Values and profitability goals.
• •Work on special projects as needed.
• •Perform other duties as assigned by (functional area senior management team member).
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
• •Communicate production issues, quality concerns, or equipment needs to the supervisor promptly.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

• •Full-time position.
• •2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.– 3:00 a.m.
