Quality Assurance Associate, Enrollment

This role helps ensure that prospective members receive high-quality, compassionate, and effective support from their first interaction. You’ll conduct Enrollment call audits and review QA evaluations to promote accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards. As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead calibration sessions, identify trends, and recommend improvements to QA rubrics, processes, and workflows. The role combines quality assurance expertise with analytical and technical work, including spreadsheet-based data analysis and AI-powered quality tools. You’ll collaborate closely with Enrollment, Quality, and Analytics teams to turn insights into practical improvements in training and operations.
