Ready to grow your claims career faster than the traditional industry allows?
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Handler to join ClaimSorted.
This role is ideal for:
a Quality Assurance Handler who wants to build their career at a company that rewards performance, not tenure
someone with 5+ years of claims experience who is hungry to learn and grow fast
We are not looking for tenure for the sake of it . We are looking for people with talent, ambition, work ethic, and the drive to build a real career .
Turning risk into opportunity
Human progress runs on a single trade: risk for opportunity. Every venture worth doing - a new business, a new home, an exciting trip - means accepting the chance it goes wrong. Insurance is what lets us take those chances anyway, and the claim is the moment it either delivers on that promise or fails to.
We're rebuilding that moment. ClaimSorted is an AI-native claims solution for insurers and large corporates that resolves claims faster, fairer, and more reliably than the industry ever has. Handle risk that well, and people are free to take on more of it - that's how you push society toward opportunity: not by eliminating risk, but by making recovery so fast and certain it stops being a reason to hold back.
We're one of the fastest-growing InsurTechs - scaling 10x YoY, processing hundreds of millions in claims payouts, and backed by the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo.
What you’ll do
Conduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls
Identify areas of failure, both on an individual and broader operational level
Conduct feedback session with claims handlers
Work with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans for individual team members
Identify process improvement opportunities to improve quality of claims handling
Support broader technical claims functions, such as complaints and payment controls
What we’re looking for
Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX with work authorization
5 Days in our Dallas Office
Licensed claims adjuster
5+ years of claims experience in at least two of the following product lines - property, auto, travel, liability
2+ years of experience in conducting quality assurance of insurance claims
Strong organisation and ability to prioritise independently
Comfortable using data to make decisions
Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
Why join us
This is a chance to grow faster than you would at a traditional insurer or claims business.
You’ll get real responsibility, real training, and the opportunity to build your career in a high-performance environment that rewards talent and hard work.
If you’re ready to step up, work hard, and build a career in claims, we’d love to hear from you.
