The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services within the electronics manufacturing industry meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. QA Specialist will manage quality, conducting audits, investigating internal quality issues, customer complaints, supplier interaction, Material Review Board (MRB) non-conformances, implementing corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Performance Indicators:
Reduction in defect rates and quality incidents; Audit compliance scores; Timely resolution of quality issues; Customer satisfaction related to product/service quality.
Effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions; Process improvement implementation success.
