- This leadership role owns the enterprise testing strategy for a complex software platform supporting Agile development and phased releases.
- You will establish and mature a comprehensive Quality Engineering practice covering functional, integration, system, regression, automation, performance, UAT, and stakeholder testing.
- The role combines strategic quality leadership with hands-on governance of testing frameworks, release readiness, defect management, and quality metrics.
- You will coordinate internal, contractor, business-user, and external testing resources to ensure consistent execution across the delivery lifecycle.
- Your work will directly influence the quality, reliability, and readiness of software releases through clear standards and measurable quality criteria.
- You will also strengthen automated testing capabilities and promote efficient, repeatable testing practices across development teams.
